Nanoscribe wins World Technology Award 2015

Eggenstein-Leopoldshafen Nanoscribe has recently been the recipient of the World Technology Award 2015 by the World Technology Network in New York (NY, USA). The manufacturer of the world’s highest precision 3D printer has been selected for its outstanding achievements in the category “Materials.” The WTN Award 2015 is a recognition of Nanoscribe’s pioneering technological developments.

Martin Hermatschweiler, CEO of Nanoscribe, said: “Winning the WTN Award and thus prevailing against 3D Systems and Stratasys as candidates emphasizes the strength and importance of the relatively young technology of two-photon polymerization. Based on this disruptive technology, our Photonic Professional GT printers allow the fabrication of structures hundredfold more precise than other technologies.”

Every year, the WTN recognizes the best and brightest in their fields and the organizations on the cutting edge of technological innovation. The top-notch international community of WTN brings together many of the world’s leading technologists, scientists, futurists, policymakers, and entrepreneurs and also comprises several Nobel laureates.
