Discussions between experts and participants

The discussions between experts and participants revealed that there is a high awareness from professionals in the business for the importance of the two main topics of the day. Especially the need for defining the performance obligations of each party involved in the process chain as well as for documentation was emphasised and was repeatedly stressed as a central factor of success for the final product and therefore the parties involved in the production process. Another key area discussed were liabilities and risk allocation in case IT-security cannot be assured or quality management failed.
