GE Additive to host Panel Discussion during Conference on AM for Healthcare

On November 12, GE Additive will host a one hour panel discussion during the 3D fab+print Conference at COMPAMED / MEDICA in Düsseldorf, Germany.

After a very succesful half-day Seminar on Additive Manufacturing for Healthcare in November 2017, this year 3D fab+print returns to the COMPAMED / MEDICA fairgrounds with a full-day program on the solutions and challenges of AM for medical applications.

Last year GE Additive attended the Seminar and was more than willing to participate this year by hosting a panel discussion of an hour. Five panellists have been carefully selected of which three have already confirmed their participation. Stephan Zeidler, Business Development Manager Medical with GE Additive will be moderator.

The Panel Discussion will start with an introduction by GE and an overview of AM in Healthcare. Then the panelists are introduced. In the panel discussion a selection of topics will be addressed by the panelists – ranging from the impact of AM on surgical instruments, production, medical models and patient-specific implants.

After the panel discussion five minutes are reserved for a Q&A session. GE is also an exhibitor at COMPAMED / MEDICA where they will have a DMLM (Direct Metal Laser Melting) machine running.

The complete program of the 1-day Conference on AM for Healthcare is available here. More background information on the scheduled presentations for November 12 can be found here.

Tickets are available for only € 295,- incl VAT. Please register via the Ticketshop of Messe Düsseldorf.
