Roboze One steps into the market of professional 3D printers. Roboze One was designed to offer professionals a high performance machine at an accessible price. It has a stable and precise machinery with a captivating design and the same performance as professional 3D printers, yet at lower cost.
Roboze One is one of the first of professional 3D printer models presented on the market by Roboze, which uses a mechatronic movement system of X and Y axis entrusted to a pair of racks with pinion in direct contact. This entails the guarantee of the relation between the transmission and the work tolerance.
In the relation of indirect transmission there is always the need to calculate a DELTA of transmission between the applied and the noticed force: the applied force, in this case the steppers of the motor, before arriving at its performance, the X and Y carriages, will get on to a set of transmission elements (belts, pulleys, stretcher and others) and for this reason will lose a part of the applied force. The 50µ of Roboze One are dictated by the relation of tolerance which is defined by the teeth of the rack and pinion in hardened steel.
Roboze One will be exhibited during the Formnext, the international exhibition on additive technologies and tool making that is held in Frankfurt, Germany, in November.
